The Latitude Framework
Pillar #1 Leadership Development: Latitude maintains a commitment to developing next generation kingdom minded leaders in all domains of society. We aim to do that through engaging young adults in the long, deep work of discipleship and leadership development. We utilize written curriculum and video driven sessions along with an online learning platform to equip the hearts & minds of young adults with the truths they need to develop as kingdom leaders.
Pillar #2 Mentorship: We believe the Scriptures call us to invest in the lives of those beside and behind us to ensure that they not only have the skill to lead but the character to lead as well. In mentorship we focus on spiritual health, relational health, and vocational goals and direction.
Pillar #3 Serving in the Local Church: Jesus Himself is the model of servant leadership even as he came not to be served but to serve and give His life a ransom for many. Latitude’s church partners are committed to giving meaningful service and leadership opportunities to young adults who are discovering and growing into their gifts.
Pillar #4 Serving in your Local Community: Our service cannot stay inside the walls of the church but must extend into the communities where we live. Latitude’s church partners have meaningful relationships with local non-profits and are committed to mobilizing the church outside the walls of the building to reach and serve their community.
